At Toys And More, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

You may return items within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • You have the order confirmation or receipt
  • The item is not a clearance/sale item (marked as final sale)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened trading cards, blind boxes, or mystery items
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Hygiene. sensitive items (e.g., play dough, slime) if opened

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@toysandmore.ae or WhatsApp +971 52 889 1184
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide return instructions
  4. Ship the item back to us or drop it off at any of our 7 stores

Refund Process

  • In. store returns are processed on the spot. For shipped returns, contact us and we will arrange a return pickup from your address or you can drop off the item at a courier point. Refund processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the item
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non. refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product)

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different variant (if available). Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping costs.

In-Store Returns

You may return online purchases at any of our 7 store locations during business hours. Bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID.
