Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Browse our store, add products to your cart, and click Checkout. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or split your payment with Tabby or Tamara.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. We accept Tabby and Tamara. Split your payment into 4 easy installments with 0% interest on orders above 100 AED. Select Tabby or Tamara at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash on Delivery, Tabby, and Tamara.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes. Pay in cash when your order arrives. A small COD fee may apply. Select Cash on Delivery at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping?
Free shipping on all UAE orders above 99 AED. Below that, a small flat fee applies. Free pickup is always available at any of our 7 stores.
How fast is delivery?
Most UAE orders arrive in 24 to 48 hours. Same-day delivery is available for some areas in Abu Dhabi.
Do you ship outside the UAE?
Not yet. We currently ship within the UAE only. Stay tuned.
How do I track my order?
You will get a tracking link by email and SMS once your order ships. You can also check your account page for live updates.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories. Opened collectibles or food toys cannot be returned.
How do I return a product?
Message us on WhatsApp at +971 52 889 1184. Tell us your order number and the item you want to return. We will arrange a pickup or store drop-off.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the returned item. Card refunds go back to the same card used at checkout.

Are your toys authentic?
Absolutely. We only sell 100 percent authentic toys from official brands. No fakes. No knock-offs. Ever.
What if an item is out of stock?
Click "Notify Me" on the product page. We will email you the moment it is back in stock.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Free gift wrapping on any order. Check the gift wrap box in your cart and add a message if you want.
Can I buy gift cards?
Yes. You can buy Toys And More gift cards from the website. Perfect for birthdays, Eid, or any occasion.
Our Stores
Where are your stores located?
We have 7 stores across the UAE. Under Toys And More: My City Centre Masdar, Khalidiyah Mall, Al Seef Village Mall, and Souq Al Jami Mall (all in Abu Dhabi), plus Barari Mall (Al Ain). Under Trendy Toys: Rahmaniah Mall (Sharjah) and Silicon Central Mall (Dubai).
What are your store hours?
All 7 stores open daily, usually 10am to 10pm. Mall hours may vary on weekends and public holidays. Call us to confirm before visiting.
Can I buy online and pick up in store?
Yes. Select local pickup at checkout and choose your preferred store. We will get your order ready and notify you when it is ready for collection.
